Version 2 of the Policies and Procedures solution enabler released to the NHS.

The KWT team has today successfully released version 2 of the Policies and Procedures solution enabler.

Today the NHS signed-off the successful delivery of version 2 of the Policies and Procedures Solution Enabler. This is another SharePoint Solution Enabler delivered by the KWT team on time and within budget.

This release adds the much anticipated Readership add-on to the Policies and Procedures Solution Enabler. With this add-on content can now be targeted to users based on their role within an organisation. Users are notified via email of the Policies and/or Procedures that they need to read and are required to acknowledge the readership by agreeing with an on-screen declaration. All readership records are time stamped and kept on a separate database.

As with all the other Solution Enablers, Policies and Procedures V2 is availble To all NHS Trusts via the PSPG internal site.
